I'm starting with a list of fun and cheap things for kids to do in New York City and then I will come back and focus on many of them throughout the week.
1. Central Park - Honestly with the age my kids are at I think I could just head on over to the park, stay in it for a few days and then just go home. With the Museum of Natural History, Children's Zoo, Carousel, Ice Skating Rink, the Belvedere Castle, and a number of playgrounds, bridges, ponds, and miles of grass to run on I think it will be heaven on earth for them.

3. New York Aquarium
4. Children's Museum of Manhattan
5. The Brooklyn Bridge
6. Rose Center for Earth and Space (Inside the Museum of Natural History)
7. Fao Schwartz
8. Giant Toys R Us with a 60 ft. ferris wheel inside the store
9. The American Girl store
10. Broadway Shows - The Little Mermaid, Shrek the Musical, Mary Poppins, The Lion King, Hairspray
11. A workshop at the Broadway Dance Center
12. Radio City Music Hall
13. The Empire State Building
14. The Statue of Liberty
I think I'll end there, but you get my drift that we are going to have plenty to do.

Hi there! I linked to your blog from Ashley Steels blog. This is so fun. I know exactly where to look now when we are going to plan a family vacation. Have you ever researched Disney World.
I haven't done Disney World yet, but I've been there and plan on doing it in a couple of weeks when I plan my Disney cruise. Thanks for commenting
